Synopsis: Alice has a perfect life – a great job, happy kids, a wonderful husband. Until he goes missing one night; she receives a suspicious phone call; things don’t quite add up.

Alice needs to know what’s going on. But when she uncovers the truth she faces a brutal choice. And how can she be sure it is the truth?

Sometimes it’s better not to know.

Review: What Alice Knew by T. A. Cotterell was a good read surrounding the importance of family relationships. Especially the importance of doing the right thing. I wasn’t all that impressed with what happened because I just expected a bigger, more dramatic reveal. I guess Alice didn’t want to be like her mother in terms of keeping from them what she thinks is important to know. What happened in the ending made me have only one reaction: why?
